| Soo I'm not the one that loves to read but I do enjoy a good fiction book every once in a while What are some of your guys favorite books?
If I were to suggest a good book, it would probably be animal farm by George Orwell. It puts quite a spin on a forming society

| animal farm sucked. i hated it pretty much the entire way through yea, the message was good, but if the story sucks, what good does that do? Catch-22 was my fav, along with Slaughterhouse-five. They both had an amazing story line along with deep meaning. Major Major Major Major. So it goes.

| Anything by Chuck Palahniuk (Rant, Fightclub, etc), Kurt Vonnegut, John Irving (Cider House Rules, Life of Garp) or Irvine Welsh (Trainspotting, Filth) are good options for a contemporary novel.
If you like sci-fi go with Robert Heinlein (Stranger in a strange land, the Cat who walked through walls), Douglas Adams (Hitchhiker Series, Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency) or good old Asimov, maybe Spider Robinson.
Fantasy wise: pick up The Song of Ice and Fire series if you haven't yet or the Farseer series by Robin Hobb, or something by Ursula Le Guin.
If you want something pseudo philosophical, try Siddhartha by Herman Hesse or The Prophet by Kahil Gilbran, Ishmael by Daniel Quinn.
If you want classic literature, try WE by Yevgeny Zamyatin (The better version of Brave New World, done 10 years earlier), One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich by Alexander Solzhenitsyn, The stranger by Albert Camus, maybe read some Kafka, some Gogol, maybe get into a bit of Bukowski or Kerouac or Ginsberg if you like the beat generation.

| It's basically sort of a science/maths fiction ( i don't mean sci-fi). Not sure how to explain it, but the main character is a square, which live in a 2d world, comes across a 1D world and is introduced to the 3D world by a sphere....
Edit: and attempts to explain the third dimension to the citizen of the 2D world.
Kinda hard to explain, but that's the jist of it.
